Recently completed in Hermosa Beach, this 2,300-square-foot rental home was transformed to maximize both comfort and long-term value. The project included upgrades to the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath layout, a redesigned kitchen, and interior updates that modernized the space while maintaining a clean coastal feel.
By improving functionality, finishes, and overall livability, the home made an immediate impact in the rental market — allowing the owner to lease it for three times its previous monthly rent. Completed on an accelerated timeline, this project highlights our ability to add meaningful value quickly while tailoring improvements to each client’s goals, from rental performance to custom living.
